Diamond Anniversary

Hi everyone, this is a card I made for an order so no stamping.  The photo is actually of their wedding, how gorgeous is that!!!
The card is 8x8.  I got the doily from ebay and used stitching round the edges of the card.
The swirl is a Cheery Lynn Fanciful Flourish die and the flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts.
I also made a matching box for the card.
Not sure what I'm going to do when this pink card runs out as The PaperMill Shop dont do half the range that they used to..... Not sure where else to get my card from really....

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Make It Monday - Anything Goes
Bunny Zoes Crafts - Shabby Chic/Vintage
Crafting when we can - Things with wings
Totally Gorjuss - Swirly Wirly

Hi Catherine

What a beautiful keepsake.

A fantastic card and presented perfectly in that gorgeous box!!

Have you tried Papermill Direct for your pink card? You can get sample packs from here
http://papermilldirect.co.uk/acatalog/sample-packs.html

Otherwise this is a brilliant place .. .. and their swatch packs are well worth having for reference. They are only small samples but big enough to help you choose what you want.

Hope some of this helps.

Love Jules xx

Such a lovely card, perfect colour scheme too. I miss papermill too there used to be one not far from me and I never knew what I would find in there and it certainly introduced me to some different colour combos. not used them since they went to online only as I like to see the colours before I buy, let me know if you find anywhere. Hugs, Amanda x

Simply beautiful and a fab idea to include a photograph - I have my parent's golden wedding anniversary next year so might have to think along the lines of including a photo on their card.

Thankyou for visiting my blog and leaving your kind comments x

Have you looked at Craft Creations - they do quite a wide range of colours and you can get a colour swatch from them http://www.craftcreations.com/Leaf/246/1/Sample-Packs-and-Swatches/#CLIP1
