wedding bells and wet dogs.....

Happy weekend everyone, and a bank holiday one at that!!!
We are now back from holiday.  The weather was so wet that we just gave up and came home lol....
Todays card is made with Here comes the bride from Karens Doodles.
This is a new find for me, I was blog hopping and came across this fab card from Pinky.
I loved the image so I just hopped over and it fell into my basket lol...
I coloured it with copics and used my sewing machine for the stitching (YES I have a sewing machine again, had to buy a different one, so have chosen a Toyota one this time...)
The papers are ones I have had in my stash for ages and the card is 8x8.
The butterflies are a Martha Stewart Punch and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.
The heart is from the Cheery Lynn Heartland die.  The wooden heart is from my stash.
I have added lots of stickles to her dress and bouquet.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
4 Crafty Chicks - Favourite embellishment (stitching yay!!!!)
Colour Create Challenge - Rose Pink, Kraft and White
Pixie Dust Studio - Flowers
Little Red Wagon - Stitch It Up

Oh and heres a couple of piccies which sum up our wet hols...

What a shame about the weather Catherine, typical British weather;( I am glad you got that image, its so useful. I have used it more times than I care to remember and never tire of it!! I love your gorgeous creation, especially the touch of kraft and your love little butterflies and hearts! Look at those dirty dogs lol. I wouldn't let squirt over the door step if he came in like that lol.

Hi Catherine, awww your little pooches are so cute! Totally grubby, but 100% cute! I wonder who got the job of bathing them?

Such a shame your holiday was cut short, and isn't the weather just awful right now. I live in Lincs and it feels like it's been raining for months!!

Sarah

PS - Oh, almost forgot - great card. Wonderful image and love your colour combo.
