Christmas Couple

Good evening all.
Have not had a very good day, got the results for one of my Open University Courses this morning and I really havent done as well as I expected which means that the chances of getting the degree classification that I wanted are now looking slim.  I am very disappointed!
When I got home from work what better way to forget all that and feel a little calmer is to get in my craft room and craft!
I found some fab digi images over at Phindy's place and just had to make a card with one of them!
I was so impatatient to upload it that I didnt even wait for the stickles to dry so I apologise for that!!

The corners are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the sentiment is from Craft work Cards.
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
A Gem of a Challenge which has a fantastic sketch to follow.
Phindy's Friday Challenge where you had to use a die cut (both the image and the snowflakes were cut with dies.

This is gorgeous Catherine, one of my fave Phindy's images. Love the soft colors you used and the fun snowflake die cuts. Beautiful card! Thanks for playing with us at Phindy's place this week.

Such a beautiful card Catherine - what a gorgeous image! I love the snowflakes. xx

As for your degree; a degree is a degree no matter what the classification. It is a huge achievement as a mature student, especially as you work full time too!! xx

Gorgeous card Catherine, I love the snowflakes. And dont be disappointed about your degree. I became a mature student when I was 24 and it is a massive thing to do. I worked from I was 16 and it was a major shake up but it was the best thing I ever did. Regardless of the classification, it is an incredible achievement and you should be very proud of yourself. Hi Catherine

A gorgeous card .. .. you are just like me .. .. my stickles hardly get chance to dry before I am taking a picture.

I am sorry you are disappointed with your exam results .. .. I think you have done amazingly. It takes a lot of hard work and commitment to do what you have done and you should be proud of yourself.

As Katina has said .. a degree is a degree .. .. and there are lots of us out there without one (me included).

Love Jules xx
